How it works — and who is responsible for what

This page exists so there is no ambiguity about the difference between the information platform you are using and the licensed provider who performs professional work.

Professional provider availability is currently being established for MetroWest.

The process

Four steps, in order

  1. 1. Describe the observation

Tell us what you heard, found, or noticed, where in the house, and roughly when it started.

  2. 2. Get the matching resource

We send the field guide for that situation so you can document details in a structured way.

  3. 3. Decide whether professional evaluation fits

The guide explains common reasons homeowners involve a licensed professional. The decision stays yours.

  4. 4. Availability is confirmed for your area

No provider is assigned to this territory yet. If you asked to be notified, we will tell you once one is — and we will not imply service exists before then.
